reCONNECT Breakfast to raise funds to assist KLC Open Door

You and your partner are invited to a menALIVE reCONNECT breakfast on 10 May 2025 at the Resurrection Little Chapel at 9 AM.

Recently, Cathy Dowling, who is a Community Officer at the Keysborough Learning Centre (KLC), approached us. She drew our attention to the work being done by the KLC Open Door initiative that provides emergency food relief to people in need in the City of Greater Dandenong. In the past financial year, they assisted 676 families.

After deliberation, the menALIVE reCONNECT coordination team decided to use a scheduled reCONNECT breakfast to raise funds to assist Open Door. All donations made at the event will assist in erecting a shed on a concrete base to warehouse supplies for the Open-Door program.

You can make a difference and support this initiative by joining us for breakfast where you can voluntarily contribute – either by a cash contribution or using a tap-and-go facility at the venue.

Cathy Dowling will be our special guest speaker at the breakfast.
